HIFU SMAS FACE LIFT TREATMENT
HIFU uses focused ultrasound energy to target the layers of skin just below the surface. The ultrasound energy causes the tissue to heat up rapidly.
Once the cells in the targeted area reach a certain temperature, they experience cellular damage. While this may seem counterintuitive, the damage actually stimulates the cells to produce more collagen — a protein that provides structure to the skin.
The increase in collagen results in tighter, firmer skin with fewer wrinkles. Since the high-frequency ultrasound beams are focused on a specific tissue site below the skin’s surface, there’s no damage to the upper layers of the skin and adjacent issue.
HIFU may not be appropriate for everyone. In general, the procedure works best on people older than 30 with mild-to-moderate skin laxity.
People with photo damaged skin or a high degree of loose skin may need several treatments before seeing results.
Older people with more extensive photo-aging, severe skin laxity, or very saggy skin on the neck aren’t good candidates and may need surgery.
HIFU isn’t recommended for people with infections and open skin lesions at the target area, severe or cystic acne, and metallic implants in the treatment area.
RF SMAS FACE SHAPING & SKIN TIGHTENING
PRINCIPLE OF SMAS RF SHAPER
THE NEXT GENERATION OF HIGH PERFORMANCE FACE LIFTING
V-SHAPE SMAS RF SHAPER
- (Non Surgical) Great Results
- with No Downtime
- 360° Skin Tightening Face Lifting
SMAS RF Shaper adopts three different radio frequency penetrating into different skin layers: Epidermis, Dermis(1.5~2.5mm), Hypodermis, Fascia(3.5~4mm), specially directly working on SMAS fascia layer in a invasive way which only plastic surgery can treat nowadays;
The thermal effect of radio frequency acts on the collagen fiber and makes it heated which achieves the obvious and instant results of shrinking, rebirth and rearrangement of collagen;
Meanwhile three different radio frequency can precisely work on and improve the subcutaneous structure from deep to light layers and build a new network of collagen fibers. That greatly helps aged and impaired collagen layer regains recovery and elasticity as well as makes skin lifted and wrinkle improved.
- SMAS RF Skin tightening
- Face lifting & shaping
- Wrinkle removal
- Double chin removal
- Improve facial relaxation
- Increase skin elasticity
- Improve skin tone & rejuvenation
- 360° Face Skin Care
Precise penetration depth makes treatment more safe.
Different frequency energy can treat different depth of skin layers
and specially can work on SMAS fascia layer directly. (1.5mm / 2.5mm / 4.0mm)

Types of Cosmetic Laser Procedures
If you’re considering laser surgery for a cosmetic procedure you may find that reading about these procedures is like learning a foreign language. Let’s decode and translate some of this medical lingo so that you can understand exactly what is being spoken. Then let’s take a look at which lasers work best for different skin conditions.Laser TreatmentThe word laser is an acronym (an abbreviation which uses the first letter of each word in a description to create a term.) Laser (L-A-S-E-R) stands for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation. In simpler terms, a laser is a single-wavelength (one color of light) source of high-energy light, which can be accurately focused to transmit that light onto a very small area.
How Lasers Work
Lasers are monochromatic (mono means one and chromo refers to color), which means that a given laser emits light of only one wavelength (or color) of light. Lasers work in cosmetic applications through a process called “selective photothermolysis.” When broken down, this very fancy word means that it modulates the frequency of light (photo) to produce heat (thermo) in the specific area of the corresponding thing you wish to destroy (lysis). To do this, the wavelength of the light beam must be in sync with the color of the target which is to be addressed, whether that be brown spots, unsightly red broken capillaries or some other undesirable skin condition.
Why So Many Different Types of Lasers?
The two basic types of lasers can be further broken down into many subcategories of laser types and into literally hundreds of variations and brand names that fit into these subclassifications.
The main differences between the types of lasers have to do with wavelength. In other words, different laser wavelengths (colors of light) target different skin issues. Therefore, a variety of lasers are needed to treat a variety of skin concerns. For this reason, a combination of several different lasers may be recommended by your surgeon to address all of the problems that you may have. An explanation of the differences between these different laser types could get very lengthy, technical and rather confusing, so we will focus here on what types of cosmetic issues are best treated by the various laser types.
What is Chemical Peel?
Chemical Peel can help in the regeneration of skin by removing the outermost dead skin layer with the help of different chemicals. This procedure improves the overall appearance of facial skin by making the face appear smooth and reduces the visibility of wrinkles.
What chemicals are used in the peeling procedure?
The chemicals used in the process range from the milder ones to the stronger ones. The mild one include Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHAs), medium ones include Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHAs) and the stronger ones include Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and phenol. Depending on the intensity and type of chemical used in the process, the chemical peels are divided into light, medium and deep categories. TCA and Phenol are not used on Asian skin types as they burn the skin.
A light or superficial peel uses Alpha-hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates the skin and penetrates only the outer layer of the skin. This technique is used on less damaged skin with light pigmentation.
For the penetration in the outer to middle layer of the skin Beta hydroxyl acid peel is used that removes the dead skin cells. It also helps improve age spots, pigmentation, acne, acne marks and discoloration.
What skin conditions can be treated with Chemical Peels?
- Chemical Peel is one of the best skin treatment to heel skin conditions like, Acne or acne scars
- Age and liver spots
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Irregular skin pigmentation/Hyperpigmentation
- Rough skin and scaly patches
- Sun-damaged skin
Is Chemical Peel procedure painful?
There is a stinging feeling when the chemicals are applied on the skin but this sensation is extremely bearable. However, this pain level depends on the intensity of the chemical being used on the skin. The process can cause irritation, redness, crusting but the effects will lessen quickly as the skin adjusts.
Who are not the right candidate for Chemical Peel?
As the skin comes in direct contact with chemicals, the procedure is not advised for people with skin cuts/injuries and infections. Candidates who cannot receive chemical peels include people with the following conditions:
- Nursing or pregnant women
- Eczema, dermatitis or rosacea patients
- People with recently bleached, waxed & threaded skin
- Women on birth control
Risks/Side effects of Chemical Peels
The procedure can create some temporary side effects referred to as the ‘downtime’. These including:
- Cold Sores
Results of Chemical Peel:
The results of the procedure become evident after a few days. The results include clearer, smoother and brighter looking skin. The time period to see before and after changes of chemical peel also depend on the type of procedure that was taken. If light peel is opted, the results will be visible in 7 days and for mild peel it will take around 14 days.
BB Glow Treatment
BB Glow Physiolab is a multitasking essence with a natural organic composition.
Gently unifies the skin tone to create a transparent camouflage, while actively caring and nourishing the skin. The treatment is painless and non-invasive, also for skin with a low tolerance. This is a repair therapy. BB Glow Physiolab as the only one on the market contains probiotics of plant origin and smooth liquorice root extract (like the original first medicinal BB cream) that stimulate skin’s immune system.
Leaven acid with less severe lesions can replace Hydrocortisone. Vegetable ferments, which improve balance to microbial skin by calming capillaries, moisturizing and brightening. By doing BB Glow as a banquet treatment the effect of the illumination is visible immediately (up to a month) and is due to the epidermal positioning of the pigment molecules. As a care treatment performed in a series plant ingredients is active much longer. The treatment derives from the tradition of Korean care, the ampoules have a very rich composition, without any mineral oils, strongly moisturizes and improves the elasticity of the skin, without reaching for invasive procedures with high risk of complications.
BB Glow treatments utilize the latest technology and scientifically proven methods and formulations.
Vaginoplasty – Vaginal Tightening
Age and vaginal delivery can lead to stretching and sagginess of the vaginal walls, but now thanks to new, non surgical laser and radio frequency technologies, we can revive the vaginal canal by building up and strengthening the perineal body (area between the vagina and anus). This relatively painless vaginal tightening procedure (aka ‘vaginoplasty’) is generally done to make the vagina feel tighter and address changes in sexual pleasure and sensation and satisfaction.
How it works
The procedure can be done under general or local anesthetic and takes about an hour to complete. We use either laser or radiofrequency devices within the vaginal canal to increase collagen formation by heating up the tissue, which results in in ‘collagen remodeling’ (stimulating new collagen production and tightening/rearranging existing collagen fibers). This in turn results in a tightening of the muscles in the vaginal canal and in increase in sexual function. Due to an ongoing increase in collagen production, the effects usually take about a month to fully materialise.
Risks and common side effects?
Vaginal discharge and possible temporary tenderness has been associated with early intercourse after the procedure. There is also a small risk of infection, bleeding, or pain. Due to this, patients are instructed to reframe from tampons or intercourse for one to four days post treatment. If you chose to have general anesthetic, it is recommended that you give yourself 3 – 4 days off work to fully recover.
How often does the procedure need to be done?
As the procedure is not considered permanent, it is recommended that retreatment is preformed at 6 – 12 month intervals.
How do I begin?

How it works
Dermal filler is a naturally occurring substance.
Our expert doctors and registered nurses inject the aesthetic gel based treatment into the skin, to give you a natural looking result that does not affect your facial expression.
The aesthetic gel-based filler is based on a naturally occurring bodily substance, a sugar molecule. The function of this molecule is to bind water and act as a lubricant and shock absorbers in the parts of your body that are movable, as well as transporting nutrients and regulating your skin’s water balance. Dermal fillers revitalise and add volume to the treated area instantly by boosting this naturally occurring substance.

Biorevitalization is the revitalization of skin in a biological way by returning the life to skin.
This is a non-surgical and widely applied way to fight skin ageing and various skin problems in aesthetic medicine.
This technique was discovered by Italian scientists.
During the procedure, the skin is injected with small doses of pure hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Hyaluronic acid is the main structural element of connective tissue. It stimulates many important processes in human organism.
Hyaluronic acid maintains moisture in skin. One molecule combines 200-500 molecules of water by maintaining the balance of moisture in tissues. Such obvious role of hyaluronic acid in skin moisturizing ensures the youth of skin.
The amount of hyaluronic acid in young peoples’ derma is rather high for skin to be bright and young. However, eventually the amount of “youth elixir” starts to decline unstoppably and, thus, reduces the tonus of skin, tightness, elasticity, skin stops looking lively, looks dehydrated and wrinkles are formed. In addition to natural biological ageing, the skin is also affected by photoageing, i.e., the withering and ageing of skin is additionally stimulated by the UV rays.
In which areas the biorevitalization is performed?
Usually, the procedures are performed in the areas of face, neck, decolletage i hands. These are the open body areas that require most of attention, since these areas are mostly damaged by the UV rays and affected by photoageing. However, in general, biorevitalization can be performed in any area of body.
How many procedures are required?
There is a wide range of different stages of biorevitalizers and contour plastic preparations used for biorevitalization. The preparation and course of procedure is chosen by aesthetic medicine doctor subject to age and current status of skin. Individual scheme of procedures will be chosen after analysing your skin and problems during initial cost-free consultation.
When performing biorevitalization, instantaneous effect is visible immediately after the first procedure, however, it is recommended to perform the course of procedures. There shall be less new generation procedures of biorevitalization than of first generation – the standard recommendation – 2-3 procedures per month in total. After completing the course of procedures, it is recommended to perform additional maintaining procedures on demand.
How long the procedure lasts?
The procedure lasts 30-60 minutes subject to the area, where the procedure is performed. Usually, there are no painful feelings, however, in case of hypersensitivity, the skin area is anesthetized with local unaesthetic cream. Slight swelling is possible after the procedure, redness is a normal skin reaction that disappears within a short period.

Microneedling has a long history of being an effective treatment to improve skin quality, texture, and firmness by stimulating the production of collagen, minimizing scars, and reducing pore size and stretch marks.
Our Clinic employs different types of micro-needling devices including DermaPen, U225 Meso Gun, and both Infini and Fractora with the added benefit of Radio-Frequency for tightening.
The process involves making tiny, rapidly-healing punctures to the skin in a controlled manner. These micro-wounds are used as channels to deliver skin-boosting nutrients for optimal results in collagen stimulation.
Treatments are provided in multiples of three or more in monthly intervals. Meanwhile, we recommend an annual maintenance treatment to maintain the benefits.
Mesotherapy is the injection of small amounts of Hyaluronic Acid, multivitamins, and amino acids (or PRPs) to stimulate collagen and improve hydration, tone, and texture of the skin.
As a result, this treatment can restore a youthful glow, improve tone and elasticity, reduce superficial lines and wrinkles, and protect your skin from premature aging.
Mesotherapy is ideal for the scalp as well as treatments for thinning hair. In addition, the face, neck, chest, and hands are all treatable areas.
A series of mesotherapy treatments can rejuvenate the skin resulting in plump, hydrated, radiant, and firmer-looking skin. We recommend a package of 5 treatments every 1-2 weeks, then single maintenance treatments every 3-6 months to maintain results.

HAIR LOSS AND MESO-NEEDLING
Mesotherapy is a non-invasive and non-surgical cosmetic hair restoration procedure which has been steadily gaining in popularity. Mesotherapy boosts cell metabolism, which helps to stimulate the circulation of blood around the affected areas. During Mesotherapy several micro-injections are injected into the middle layer of the affected area. The injections consist of collagen, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and acids.
What is Micro-needling?
Micro-needling or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) is a cosmetic treatment, used primarily for treating wrinkles. It is also used to treat acne, scarring, and other skin issues.
The treatment works by creating small pin-pricked incisions in areas experiencing hair loss.
These “wounds,” begins a three-healing phase which the skin normally undergoes after an injury.
The process stimulates the production of collagen and new skin cells, hence, covering up thin or bald areas.
Both Mesotherapy and Micro-needling works for both men and women experiencing hair loss or thinning hair. However, people with early thinning hair responds best.
Feeling your best has a lot to do with looking your best, but sometimes the issue is skin deep and you need a little extra help to clear up and even out your skin.
How it works
We use a pulsed-dye laser to heat up the blood supplied to the affected area, destroying the blood vessels. Without this blood supply, the wart/skin tag dies and falls off.
This laser heat may also attack the virus that caused the wart, ensuring that it will not return to the affected areas.
Pain is generally minimal, the sensation has been likened to a rubber bank snapping against skin. It usually takes about 2 – 4 weeks to fully heal from the procedure.
Depending on the size and area treated there may be some light scaring.
Permanent Makeup, Freckle, Spot & Tattoo Removal
Effective removal of botched permanent makeup application, unwanted freckles and tattoos is now a simple process thanks to advances in cosmetic laser technology.
How does it work?
The laser breaks down the ink particles in tattoos and permanent makeup and the melanin pigments in the skin, over time and after multiple treatments, the tattoo ink and pigments start to break down and fade away, leaving clearer, more even skin.
How many treatments are needed?
Generally, multiple treatments are necessary, and the number will depend on what is treated and how deep the pigmentation is.
A complimentary consultation before treatment is required so that a treatment plan can be created for your unique needs.
WHAT ARE MEDICAL FACIALS?
A medical facial follows the same general steps as a classic spa facial, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration. The primary difference between these two treatments is that medical facials are performed in a physician’s office using medical-grade products and tools. The overall results therefore appear more effective.
Since medical facials are performed within a physician’s office, the skincare professional administering the treatment is able to affect the skin at a deeper level. For example, a low concentration chemical peel may be used during a classic spa facial, whereas high-concentration, unbuffered acids can be used during a medical facial.
Medical facials are highly customizable and can be tailored to your specific skin needs and concerns. Additional treatment add-ons such a dermaplaning may be incorporated to physically exfoliate the top layer of the skin and enhance the absorption of the chemical peel solution. Medical facials are also an effective complement to in-office treatments such as dermal fillers and laser skin resurfacing.
WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR A MEDICAL FACIAL?
Since medical facials are highly customizable, they can effectively address a wide spectrum of skin concerns, making them appropriate for nearly everyone. Your skincare professional will work with you to understand your specific skin needs and will recommend a customized medical facial treatment plan.
Although medical facials can easily be customized using a variety of tools and products, there are some conditions that may preclude treatment including use of medications that render skin very sensitive. As with any form of facial treatment, certain active ingredients and modalities such as laser resurfacing should be avoided if you are pregnant or have a heart condition. It is important that you discuss with your skincare professional any allergies, skin sensitivity, underlying conditions, or medications being taken prior to receiving a medical facial.
WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE DURING A MEDICAL FACIAL?
A medical facial is generally performed in a physician’s office. During the treatment, your skincare professional will cleanse, steam, exfoliate, and replenish your skin using a combination of modalities such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning. Additional treatments including microcurrent, LED light therapy, ultrasound, intense pulsed light (IPL), radio frequency, or microneedling may also be incorporated.
Depending on the treatments performed, the facial may last 30 minutes to 1 hour. You may also experience some mild discomfort and downtime. This is contingent upon the concentration of ingredients used and what procedures were performed. After the procedure is completed, it is important that you follow the post-procedure protocol outlined by your skincare professional. This is especially important if your medical facial incorporates treatments that increase your skin’s sensitivity to UV light.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO GET A MEDICAL FACIAL?
When and how often to get a medical facial depends on a variety of factors including skin concerns, desired outcome, and the type of treatment performed. If you are looking to improve chronic acne, you may benefit from a series of medical facials spaced 4-6 weeks apart. If you are seeking quick skin rejuvenation to improve radiance prior to a big event, you may benefit from a single medical facial. However, the results are generally more pronounced after a series of treatments.
Since these facial treatments leverage medical-grade products and tools, it is recommended that they are performed during periods when sun exposure will be limited. This does not necessarily eliminate the summer months, but it is important to be very diligent about sun protection.
